Frequently asked questions.

  • We believe in paying people for work. Your payment goes towards the driver that will be coming and picking up your stuff, the warehouse staff that will be storing it, and the team member that will be matching it with a recipient.

  • • Furniture

    • Books, magazines. 

    • Art supplies, desk supplies, stationery 

    • Kitchenware (pots, pans, plates, etc.) 

  • Please only give us things that you wouldn’t be embarrassed passing on to another human being. We are not here to pick up Trash. This includes items that are heavily used or down to their last fibers:

    • Used sponges or other cleaning materials. 

    • Used personal hygiene products/items (toothbrushes, washcloths, towels, etc.)

    • Items that have significant residue, or 

    • Clothing/accessories with tears of holes. 

    There is a place for all of your items, even the ones that we can’t take. We want to make sure that this isn’t a dead end.

  • Use our online booking system to schedule a pickup as an individual or business.

    Tell us a bit about the items you’re looking to upcycle.

    We’ll pick them up from you.

    Our team will match them with a program, marketplace, or institution that can use them.

    You’ll be able to track the entire process on the app or through email confirmation.
